What you’ll do: Deliver robust valuations of businesses, equity interests, and complex financial instruments for a diverse portfolio of corporate, private equity, and public sector clients. Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax purposes, including purchase price allocations (PPAs), fair value (IFRS/US GAAP), impairment testing, employee equity plans, and restructuring scenarios. Support M&A and capital markets transactions with deal value assessments, synergy and scenario modelling, cost of capital and discount rate analysis, and capital structure / capital management advisory. Portfolio and business unit reviews to assess value creation, optimise performance, and support investment / divestment decisions. Develop and review financial models (DCF, market multiples, transaction comparables, option pricing and other quantitative techniques). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated valuation insights across the deal lifecycle. Prepare clear, high-quality deliverables and presentation materials explaining valuation methodologies, assumptions, sensitivities, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and market insights on valuation, capital markets, and value creation topics.
